My Truthful Review of Flavia Del Monte’s Full-Body-Licious Workout Solution For Ladies
Introduction
Flavia Del Monte recently unveiled her newest health system for females called Full-Body-Licious. Since she first released her wedding workout videos that she made with her husband Vince del Monte, women have been sending her countless requests for advice and asked whether her own fitness product was in the works. Perhaps you’ve heard of this product and are wondering whether it is right for you. Well, if that’s the case then this Full-Body-Licious review was written with you in mind.
So what is Full-Body-Licious?
Full-Body-Licious is a fitness program designed by Flavia Del Monte based on a workout system she used herself. In fact, using this system, she managed to reduce her body fat from 18% to 13.4% in just 10 weeks while working out in a place called Powerhouse Gym located in Tampa, Florida.

As shown above, this program is divided into 5 seperate DVDs. Within each section, there are workouts designed to target a key body area while at the same time making sure your entire body is rigorously utilized in a 60 minute session. Basically, once you have finished all the sections in a week, you will have gone through all the key areas of your body using a huge range of workouts. By doing this you will be burning through a large amount of calories through the heightened metabolism rate and you will also be developing your muscles.
The content within the program is delivered in video format with Flavia bringing you through each workout personally. She demoes each routine so you don’t need to worry about not being able to visualize how to do it. Another thing provided is printouts for each DVD that contains pictures of the exercise along with the amount of sets and repetitions you’re supposed to do. The printouts are great for times when you want a ‘cheat sheet’ while you’re at the gym or outstation.
Will it deliver the results?
Back in February this year, Flavia did a case study with a group of 95 women with a truncated version of Full-Body-Licious. The ladies that took part in this challenge all had different background and were of assorted ages and yet many of them achieved success in losing significant weight. While this is not a complete guarantee that it will work for you, but there is a good chance that if you are willing to put in the work required, you will see the results. To give you an idea of what can be achieved, I have compiled some customer feedback below:
Cathy, a 50 year old woman commented that the eating plan given by Flavia was practical while the exercise plan had a lot of variety and challenge. What kind of equipment will I need to have?
Flavia has included two versions for each segment so that you can easily replace gym equipment with other things should you need to do this at home. For the home version, you will need at least a stability ball, a resistance band and some dumbbells for training.
What else do I need to be aware of?
At this moment, this product is only available as a digital download. The good thing about this is that you can download the training videos straight after you’ve paid for it. A number of people have expressed their dissapointment however at the fact that they won’t be able to get a physical version.
If you are one of these people who prefer a physical product, then you might want to skip it till such time that one is available. The other option is to convert the videos to the appropriate format and burn it to DVDs yourself or have someone do it for you. I would think that is a reasonable compromise.
Closing Thoughts
I know some might say that having a fitness product for women is unneccessary. Is there a need for it? Well, there is a big difference in both the physique and goals of men and women when it comes to bodybuilding. It doesn’t make sense for men and women to follow the same training regiment so Flavia has devised her own system tailored for women. I think this is one of the most complete fitness product I’ve seen in a while whether for men or women.
Most women who try to lose weight through pills or dieting may achieve that goal, however they still might not the kind of toned look they really want. Following Flavia’s program is no walk in the park, but through it you will become fitter and live healthier, not to mention your body will be looking great as well. If this is what you want, then I would highly recommend you give Full-Body-Licious a try.
